We take great pride in our customer service. We understand that each patient and their owner has unique needs. Our veterinary team is dedicated to helping keep your pet healthy, assist during emergencies, run diagnostics and prepare you prior to and after your pets procedures.

Privately owned practice

We are a small, privately owned practice; opened by Dr Caydee Jane Matthews and her partner Jack Beukes in 2023. Being privately owned allows us to cater to each individual and provide a more tailored experience.

A fear free experience

We endeavor to make each patient comfortable during their visit and provide a fear free environment. We have created separate waiting rooms for our cat and dog patients to help keep everyone at ease during their time with us. Please speak to one of our friendly receptionists to discuss options to make your pet feel more relaxed during their visit.

Hillarys Vet is locally owned and operated by Dr Caydee. We strongly believe that all animals should receive the same standard of care that is provided in human medicine. We offer a wide range of high quality veterinary services using modern equipment. Our aim is to create an environment where our patients feel comfortable, our clients are well informed and our staff are well supported.

     If you have any questions or concerns, please call us on 9400 2400 or alternatively, book online through our portal. We’re available between 8:30am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday and between 8:00am and 1:00pm on Saturdays.
